Do you think such a ban is constitutional?
Including bars is really a waste of resources. As is happening in other states, business owners are banding together. Many bars are ignoring the ban, and some patriotic bar owners are openly defying it, dragging court cases that may go on for an extended time. Many business owners were totally unaware that a well funded "war on smokers" even existed, starting when Chantix was oked for marketing. They are now waking up after seeing what happened in Illinois.
NO, the smoking ban is not constitutional. How can government tell you what to do when the thing you are doing is legal? If smokers don't like it then go somewhere else. I go to non-smoking resturants which is not a problem but to tell someone they can't smoke at work in a non-public breakroom is nuts. What happened to our rights?
So if you work at home NO ONE can smoke in your house? WTH
