- Any unwritten contracts? Get it in writing and get signatures.
- Website privacy and terms of use policies? If you have customers coming to your site, get policies in place.
- Are you mixing personal and business assets? Do not mix your personal and business assets. Do not pay for personal items directly out of your business accounts. Do not defeat the purpose of your legal entity.
